This article outlines how to configure AutoPay so a nonresident person can utilize the feature.
There are two configuration requirements:
1. The invoice billing person must be defined on the invoice.
To review this, navigate to the Other Possible Payment Accounts Exist query on the AutoPay homepage to find scenarios when multiple payers have entered billing preferences.
2. The “Receive Invoice” flag must be checked.
The “Receive Invoice” flag is on the relationship between the nonresident person and the student. To review this, navigate to the NR Billing Person Not Flagged “Receive Invoice” on the AutoPay homepage for scenarios where the billing person on the invoice is not able to see the invoice.
