This article and video provides step-by-step instruction for how to remove people from the Bounce List or the Spam List in Axiom.
- From the Communications homepage, click on the Bounce/Spam List Statuses query in the Emails section in the lower-right section of the screen.
- Apply criteria in the query design to filter down to who you are looking for, then run the query.
- In either the Bounce List Status or Spam List Status columns, double-click on where it says “On List (Not Recieving Emails)”. Change this to “Remove From List” and click the button.
